LA RAZÓN DE SER

La Asociación Seis Estrellas pretende aunar esfuerzos e iniciativas personales que se están llevando a cabo por profesionales y estudiantes para atender necesidades de la infancia y juventud con discapacidad visual en países en vías de desarrollo.

Desde recuperar de la exclusión familiar y social extremas, hasta atender adecuadamente a la educación y formación integral y laboral y su integración social plena. Por el momento, con la mirada puesta en África.

Asociación (ONG) registrada en el ministerio del Interior de España, con estatutos propios, sin ánimo de lucro y régimen de plena transparencia.

El fin de la Asociación es conseguir recursos y promover actividades tendentes a que quienes están afectados por una discapacidad visual alcancen la dignidad que les corresponde como personas, incorporándose plenamente a la vida familiar, escolar, laboral y social. En especial los niños y jóvenes de países en vías de desarrollo.

Las acciones se llevan a cabo a través de instituciones y agrupaciones locales de diversos países, dedicadas precisamente a la atención de niños y jóvenes discapacitados visuales.
